How do we order?

You should have received a proof card with your child’s design, as well as all the information you need to order. Each proof card has a unique 6-digit design ID and school code attached, which will be used during the order process. Simply enter these codes during the order process to ensure you are ordering the correct artwork.

How long is the shop open?

The shop is usually open for at least 2 weeks, but this could be different depending on the school. The deadline for when the shop will close is agreed with your school. Please check with the school for more details.

What products are available?

We have a wide variety of products available, including; Christmas cards, labels, wrapping paper, notebooks, jumpers, teddy bears, tote bags and mugs.

Please bear in mind that any white / blank space in your child’s design will be removed and appear as the same colour as the garment when transferring onto garments, such as the jumper, teddy bear and tote bags. Please bear this in mind when ordering these products. This does not affect those on other printed materials.

Can multiple people order the same design?

Sometimes multiple people from the same family may want to order, such as parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and separated families. This is possible by ensuring that the same 6-digit design ID is used for each order.

Each order will be packed separately and sent to school for distribution.

When will orders be delivered?

Your order will be delivered direct to school by a pre-agreed date. Please speak to your school to find out when this will be.

Orders will be grouped together and labelled accordingly, making it easy to distribute. This means you don’t have to pay for postage or wait in for a delivery.
