Delivery Info

The majority of orders placed through this site are part of a batch and will be delivered to the school or organisation that you are a part of, in these instances we do not request any delivery information at checkout.

If you are placing a late order we will request delivery details and delivery will be charged at checkout.

Christmas Orders

Christmas 'batch orders' will be processed, produced and despatched within 7 working days of the order deadline. This could be up to 4 weeks after your date of order.

Christmas 'late orders' will be processed on the Monday after the order was placed. Processing and production can take up to 7 working days and shipping is usually next day, although during peak times couriers may alter service levels, where possible this will be advised at point of order.

Leavers Orders

Leavers 'batch orders' will be processed and produced in line with the schedule agreed with the school. This may mean that you don't receive your order for a number of weeks after placing it. Please speak to your school contact if you have any queries. These orders will be delivered and distributed by your school or organisation.

Leavers 'late orders' will be processed, produced and delivered within 4 weeks of ordering. These orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
